Time once again to start the academic year! We are continuing our study of The Wired Word–it provides a great jumping-off point for our wide-ranging discussions of life and society.
Once again, we will meet Thursdays at 5:30 pm at Christ Episcopal Church, which is right next to Leach Theatre at 1000 N. Main St. Enter through the red doors on the east side under the portico.
Our normal meetings go like this: gather; eat a meal together while we chat about the week; talk about the Wired Word lesson for the week; depart around 7:00. The lessons are posted each week on our Discord channel. Don’t worry if you haven’t read it–we’ll review the high points together and go from there.
Our first regular meeting will be August 28, 2025, the Thursday of the first week of class.
ALSO, we are members of the Campus Ministries Association (CMA) which is hosting a Murder Mystery for incoming freshmen! Check us out on August 19, 7 pm, outside the Havener Center and Innovation Lab.
